Her bro's tuition cannot cancel coz the tutor not free on other days alrd, and his current tuition timing is about from 12-5 (smth like that), and his tutor has no other slots available. Lets pray against this so that ym's bro can make it to church okie? ^^ ask her for more updates, i nt very sure.. =) (pray that the tutor kna alot of people fire, then he got more time -_-)

differences between Character and Reputation.

just thought i should post a poem for God ya?
Whenever i look upon your cross
the place where You suffered on calvary,
My heart is filled with heavy loss
for how You died for me.
You bore my sins, You bore my shame

The nails and hammers stung right through
but still You did it, bare.

HEY GUYS!
ahaha.. service kinda spoke to me extremely well so i just felt that i hadda post smth. I found it sooo true coz recently i've been having difficulty, struggling to deal with integrity. (u guys should know la hor =D) and this sermon just came along and hit me smack in the face *BAM!* Gotta really praise God for always knowing what to feed me and what i need at the right time ^^ i think we gotta really take the application step and use it to our advantage, let the world see how christians really are! FULL OF INTEGRITY AND LOVE! Character-based and solid in Christ.. yeah, lets REFUSE TO BE PERSAUDED BY OTHERS! ^^ Even if it means to stand alone.. lets do it!

Hi guys! well, just smth to share abt today.. which is the 14th of july? yah. eh anw, today has been like, kinda up n down for me.. but still GOD SHOWED ME HIS LOVE AND MERCY! when i woke up i was feeling horrible. had to rush for the morning prayer meeting thing and my throat was like totally pain. You know the kind of feeling when u swallow but its pain/itchy/irritating? yeah i had one of those mornings. On the way to schl i was half running to get there on time, and i just listened to the song "healer" by planetshakers? yeah so i was just praying n praying n praying. When i got to the fitness corner i was still praying abt it, and yeah! healing! ^_^ didn feel anything anymore haha. WELL fast foward to lesson time, got rlly poor results for my tests.. and.. was feeling kinda stupid? (yeah like stella.. =X jkjk) thn i was like feeling disappointed for MY PARENTS for my results -.- during recess, or the first half of recess, i kept praying against this disappointment.. and was hit by more. o_O was kinda reminded of how close the prelims/ O's are.. soo i really just threw away everything outta my head n started really focusing on God. I stayed in my seat and prayed until i felt all these discouragements just leave me. From tt moment i felt God really just touching me and lifting up my head.. i felt totally re-energised and ready for anything that could come my way. (maybe not o levels o.o AHAHA) well, STILL WANNA THANK MY AMAZING FATHER WAAAAAAAY UP THERE! =D

During Thursday Prayer Meeting, I was thinking about what
God has done in my life and how He changed me..etc.
Then i remembered how i was 'pyscho-ed' by YunQi to come to church and all the excuses i gave her. Despite all the thousand and one reasons(Exaggerating-.-) i gave her, she never gave up and tada! Here i am:)
But that's not all, many of you don't know that i've actually been to COS(BT) before(i mean when i was in primary schl). HAHAHA! Betcha didn't know that right? Ok, i was invited by my friend a nong nong nong, oops..i mean long long long time ago when i ws in Primary6 i think, after PSLE if i remembered correctly. Yes, i went to the church office, cos her cellgroup was having some evengelistic event. Pastor Daniel was there too told us stories about his past..etc. Lol, i still remembered cos his wife was my primary schl teacher at that time. And my friend's cellgroup members shared the gospel to us(she brought 4 of us along), the 5 truths.(Hahaha, Xuele..so now you know how come i told you i knew the 5 truths already even bfore you shared to me when i first came?) Ohya, my friend is Lora. Idk what cellgroup, but Service1. I still remembered people like Michellle Bay, Michelle Kon and June Chua or smth???
Hahaha, so yeah..heard that Jesus died on the cross for our sins and after the whole sharing, they asked if i wanted to receive Jesus into my life. And at that point of time, i rlly wanted to but my other friend(cos they shared with us in pairs) was a buddist, and she didn't want to cos she scared her mom would scold her. So i was 'peer-pressured' into saying..'i'll think about it:X'
Although deep deep down, i rlly wanted to say 'YES', but i didn't dare to cos my other 3 friends didn't.
So i went home with the 5truths booklet they gave me, feeling peace and joy in my heart like never before:) It was seriously a very very awesome feeling i tell you..Hehehe.
So yeah, i believed in God at that time but i didn't say the sinners prayer all these la.
The next week..Lora's cellgroup members called me to ask if i could come to church all these. And you know my parents la..they of course don't allow me go out on weekends what, somemore primary school kid only leh=.=
So they keep on calling, i keep on rejecting

Until i found them so irritating:S HAHAHAHA!
And soon after, i forgot all about God.
Until YunQi came, and invited me to church.
Ok, my main point is that if you guys out there have been praying for your friends, loved one to get saved..and they have been giving excuses(like me-.-), DON'T GIVE UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
ALL THE MORE, CONTINUE TO PRAY FOR THEM:)
Cos I believe that God had planted a seed in me the time when Lora's cg members shared the gospel with me, and it took approx. 1 year before this seed was reaped and sown. I'm sure God has His perfect timing, and all that you are doing now won't go to waste. God answers our prayers, maybe not immediately, but one day..He definately will : )
So even if you're not seeing anything happen now..continue to keep those people in your prayers cos i'm sure one day they will be saved too, LIKE MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE:D
In the meantime,
Be patient and wait for God's perfect timing.
