differences between Character and Reputation.
The circumstance amid which you live determine your reputation, but the truth you believe determines your Character.
Reputation is what you are supposed to be but character is what you are.
Reputation is the photographs, but character is the face.
Reputation comes over one from without, but character grows up from within.
Reputation is what you have when you come to a new community but character is what you have when you go away.
Reputation is made in a moment but character is built in a lifetime.
Reputation is learned in an hour but your character does not come to light for a year.
Reputation grows like a mushroom; but character last like eternity.
Reputation makes you rich or makes you poor, but character makes you happy or makes you miserable.
Reputation is what men say about you on your tombstone, but character is what the angels say about you before the throne of God.
What is Integrity?
·Integrity is more than just telling the truth
when not one knows the truth.
·Integrity is doing what you said you would do
even when no one is checking.
·Integrity means keeping your promises
even when the other party forgets.
·Integrity means that your words & your actions
are the same even when you are alone.
They came to him and said, "Teacher, we know you are a man of integrity. You aren't swayed by men, because you pay no attention to who they are; but you teach the way of God in accordance with the truth. Is it right to pay taxes to Caesar or not? (Mar 12:14 NIV)
The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall never be in want.
